Born in Canada, and raised in Lebanon, Souad graduated in 2011 from SABIS® with high ambitions to become a successful cosmetologist. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from the Lebanese International University and an MSc in Formulation Science-Cosmetics from the University of Greenwich in England. Her dissertation revolved around the formulation of an anti-aging eye cream using a natural plant source. Coty Inc., one of the world’s leading beauty companies and owner of 77 brands including Max Factor, Cover Girl, Bourjois, and Rimmel invited Souad among 4 other students from Europe to attend an open day in the manufacturing of color cosmetics. Later, she landed an interview with Estee Lauder Companies and after they saw how passionate she was about skin care and cosmetics with an intellectual background they made an exception to offer her a part-time and temporary job at the company in London. Also, being an official member of the Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences (APS) in the U.K, she was invited to attend a networking event by Astra Zeneca in Scotland and the finale of the 2018 FIP conference.
