Renate Mhanna
Renate Mhanna, Class of 2005 at the International School of Choueifat – Choueifat. She was known for her great involvement in the SABIS Student Life Organization® (SLO®). After earning her Bachelor’s Degree from the Lebanese American University 2011, she started her career with the young architecture firm PARALX. Upon applying herself, she was instantly noticed for her innovative concepts, proactive spirit, and strategic problem-solving skills. Only after one year, Renate became an associate architect, leading the design on many of the firm’s projects to win various awards such as the AIA Next LA awards in Los Angeles, the Cityscape Global awards, the prestigious AR MIPIM awards in Cannes, France and the Middle East Architect Awards in Dubai, UAE. Her work was also featured in many renowned periodicals such as Mark Magazine, Architectural Digest, Archdaily, Middle East Architect Magazine, and L’Orient Le Jour. This year, Renate is proud to be announced as partner at the firm where she honed her craft. With a more assured grasp, she is determined on attaining, designing, and delivering more groundbreaking, and forward-thinking projects. The young acclaimed architect, is newly wed to former student of the International School of Choueifat in Abu Dhabi, and young businessman, Marwan Youssef Ghaith.
