Rawan Al Wadaa

Rawan Al Wadaa, class of 2006, graduated from Algonquin College with a degree in Culinary Management. She worked as a pastry chef at a top fine-dining restaurant in Ottawa and as a kitchen manager at an award winning café. However, her passion for food led her to culminate her culinary experience and birth a special concept of her own. So, along with giving cooking classes at C'est Bon Cooking School, she created "Banc Rouge", an ingenious food, photography, styling, and consulting company.
