Spiritual Transformation Exhibition

On the 5th of April, 2019, the emerging talented photographer Lama Riman ’10 organized her third photography exhibition “Spiritual Transformation” at the Alumni Club House at ISC-Choueifat. This exhibition reflected Lama’s connection with nature and how this connection induced a shift within her. Through her photographs, she wanted to bridge perception and beauty, since her photographs can be perceived in different ways, she left them intentionally uncaptioned, not to interfere with the guests’ interpretation of them. Lama was successful in challenging her guests’ perception as many photographs certainly induced different reactions. Moreover, the Sufi band “Tajalli” uplifted the exhibition’s ambiance and entertained the guests with soothing Sufi live music.
